1. Verify that the Linux kernel is at or above 3.1
      uname -r
    2. Add the docker repository
      vim /etc/yum.repos.d/
        For CentOS 6:
      [dockerrepo]
      name=Docker Repo
      baseurl=https://yum.dockerproject.org/repo/main/centos/6/
      enabled=1
      gpgcheck=1
      gpgkey=https://yum.dockerproject.org/gpg
        For CentOS 7:
      [dockerrepo]
      name=Docker Repo
      baseurl=https://yum.dockerproject.org/repo/main/centos/7/
      enabled=1
      gpgcheck=1
      gpgkey=https://yum.dockerproject.org/gpg
    3. Install the Docker Engine
      yum install -y docker-engine
    4. Enable the Docker Engine to start at boot
      systemctl enable docker-engine
    5. Start the Docker Engine
      systemctl start docker-engine
